When you use the concierge chat or voice features, message content is sent to configured AI providers (Vercel AI Gateway, xAI) to generate responses. Standard web analytics (Vercel Analytics) may record page views and performance metrics. Payment for engagements is processed by Stripe; Timekeepur does not store card numbers.

## How we use information

Conversation data is used only to respond to your request and improve the quality of the service. We do not sell personal data. Analytics help us understand site usage patterns.

## Third parties

Subprocessors include Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Cal.com (scheduling), and AI model providers accessed through the Vercel AI Gateway or xAI voice APIs. Each operates under its own privacy policy.
