- **Pair** (This week): A ninety-minute working session on a live problem. We pair on the code, the design, or the decision until you have a next step you can take. $1,200.
- **Retain** (Recommended · remote, monthly): A remote monthly embed with your team. I design, evaluate, and ship production AI alongside you, without asking anyone to relocate. $8,000.
- **Deploy** (On-site with the team): A full-time on-site seat with the team. The United States is first. Visa and relocation for Europe and elsewhere are a conversation we have before anyone moves. $8,000.
